The S.E.E.D. Institute Program is a three-year educational program for individuals who have completed high school. Students complete an application process, and each August, 30 applicants are chosen for the program.

During the first two years of study, students follow a curriculum that is tailored to prepare them for the field intership that is served during the third year of the program.

Program instructors include S.E.E.D. Institute staff members, specialists from the Les Cayes community, and pastors from the local churches.
